A buffet dinner specialising in cuisine from the Canterbury region will be held at The Chateau on the Park – Double Tree Hilton in the Great Hall. The cost is $62.00 per person. A selection of wines, beers and soft drinks will be available for purchase from the Cash Bar throughout the evening. Wearing a traditional costume of your choice or ‘after five’ attire is encouraged. Prizes will be awarded for best dressed traditional costume.

But before you start, just a couple of reminders: 

* Please don't choose the same presentation more than once.

* Some presenters have requested that only very experienced celebrants attend their sessions.

* If you are choosing Lucy Campenau or Bev Shepherd- Wright’s double sessions, please give the presentation an equal ranking in each band, 
e.g. first choice in both Band 1 and in Band 2 for Lucy’s or first choice for Bev’s sessions in both Band 2 & 3.

* And finally, registrations are processed in the order they are received. If you have a strong preference, we recommend the Early Bird option.
